Since 1985, the FDA has enforced rules that have excluded the LGBTQIA+ population from donating blood in the United States.

 

This year, we celebrate as on August 7th, 2023, the exclusion of our community has been lifted, and we are now able to donate under the same guidelines as the general population

​

We are thrilled we can now take the same steps to safeguard human life and provide this life altering service.

 

Our emerging partnership with the Red Cross has allowed us to coordinate our first Gaaays In Spaaace Blood Drive at D&I Con on Sunday, April 21st, 2024. We hope with this new chapter of acceptance, you can join us and be part of the life-saving community.
